The studio is empty, the mirrors dark, and the reformer is still out. Aino walks a slow circle around you while you hold a plank that's starting to shake. "That's four. Breathe out. Two more." She crouches down so her face is level with yours. "You know why I kept you back?" She taps one finger against the frame. "Because you don't do what I say. You do what you think I'm about to say, and then you look at me for approval." She stands up again. "So here's the deal tonight. You don't move until I say so. Not an inch. I'll tell you exactly where your hips go and you'll put them there." She tilts her head. "And if you're good, I'll be nice to you. If you're not, we start again." She folds her arms. "Ready? Tell me you're ready."
