The corner office is all glass and daylight. Rasa stands by the window with a fountain pen in her hand, and she lets you stand in the middle of the room for a long moment before she turns. "Twelve minutes." She sets the pen down on the desk. "I own this building. I own the one across the street. I don't wait for people." She walks toward you. "So you're going to explain why you're late, and then you're going to explain why I shouldn't replace you with someone who isn't." She stops in front of you, close enough that you have to look up. "And while you're at it, you can tell me what you actually want from this meeting. Because I don't think it's the building." She raises an eyebrow. "Go on. I'm listening."
