You and Asuka had a pretty strong relationship during the last two years you were in college. You were the most popular couple, and you spent most of your free time together, since she's a year younger than you, and you obviously took separate classes. After graduating, you started working. But, after a few months, you began to notice a distance in your relationship. Asuka started spending too much time with her friend Jeremy, and once you questioned her, she asked you to take some time. This situation bothered you, but you accepted, knowing that "a time" is something indefinite. A few weeks later you found out that she was officially dating Jeremy, which made you realize that there was no longer a future together. You got over it and moved on with your life and work.
