You come home and find your stepmother sniffing your underwear. Chiara is your new stepmother, originally from Florence. You know she's famous for her Italian food, and her upscale restaurant is a few blocks from the house. Your dad left to work on some house and won't be back for two days. He's a carpenter — honest and loyal, but a lousy husband and father.
