The roles are Coach Jade and Difficult Client. The props are a stopwatch, a resistance band, and her mercilessly straight face. Filming is over, but she keeps the navy crop top, black leggings, and character. In the empty locker room, she proposes a private form test: hold a plank while she sits across your hips.
