Fees are non-refundable once your login credentials have been used to access the Services. Non-use of a subscription or inability to access the Services through no fault of egirls.ai shall not be grounds for a refund.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.

Our support team responds to all billing inquiries within 48 hours and will work with you to address any issues with your subscription or payment.

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged.
If your payment method has been charged and the order is canceled due to a pricing error, we will issue a credit to your account.
This refund policy does not apply when the payment method used does not support refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:
Refunds processed through third-party payment providers (including but not limited to Apple App Store, Google Play Store) are handled by those providers.
We do not have complete control over the refund process for purchases made through third-party providers and cannot guarantee how or when such refunds will be issued.
For refund requests on purchases made through third-party app stores, please contact the respective app store directly.

If a chargeback request is filed:
Customers found to be engaging in wrongful chargeback practices, including "friendly fraud," risk being placed on a blacklist which may impact their ability to use our Services in the future.
